"Sports isn't for me" - at least that’s what I used to think.


In my family, sports were never a big thing. I didn’t know where to start, couldn’t motivate myself, and supposedly never found the time. In the end, we all know these are just excuses and beliefs we’ve picked up from others throughout our lives.


So, what helped me change my attitude towards sports?
I simply started - it was that easy. I first took up cycling, something I could do with my husband. After the birth of my second child, I discovered functional training and grew to love the combination of strength and endurance training.

Sports have become a part of me and fitness has become a lifestyle. Exercise gives me energy and provides balance in my daily life.

Throughout our journey together, I’ll be by your side not just as a trainer but also as a supporter and motivator. We’ll celebrate successes, overcome challenges, and ensure that you grow stronger both physically and mentally.


My primary goal is to guide you as effectively as possible towards your goals so that you can feel completely comfortable in your own body.
